1.  How does it work?  Once you are registered search for the holiday home member you would like to swap with/go to and click 'contact the owner'. This owner will then be sent your email address and telephone number to contact you.  From there you agree on the arrangement between yourselves.    

2.  Holiday Home Swapping only provides a service to 'link' registered members together.  We are not a booking service.

3.  When registering your Holiday Home ensure you put as much detail of the Holiday Home your park and any other highlights that will attract people to want to swap with you.  PLEASE put on photos of your holiday home. 

4.  Think about how are you going to exchange keys?  Most holiday parks have a reception which is happy to handle them for you.  Just check with the park about their procedure.

5.  Passes to enjoy the facilities.  When organising your swap ensure to check what the procedure is on your park for guests to obtain passes.  You may also find if you swap your Holiday Home with someone who owns within the same company the passes could be interchangeable.

6.  When organising the swap please be accurate about your holiday home and the facilities on the park also what the surrounding area has to offer.

7.  Set expectations of how you would like to find the holiday home which you are holidaying in.  Then at the same token also set expectations of how you would like to find yours after the swap.  This is all about great communication. 

8.  Accidents do happen please be open and honest so both parties can easily resolve the matter.
